Honig Vanille Eis

Das Beste daran: Es wird keine eigene Eismaschine benötigt, so dass auch jeder das Eis machen kann. Gefunden bei CumNatura
Zutaten
2 Eier
100 Gramm CumNatura Waldhonig
250 Milliliter Schlagsahne
1 Vanilleschote
Zubereitung:
Zunächst werden die Eier getrennt. Das Eiweiß steif schlagen, Eigelbe und Honig miteinander verrühren.
Das Vanillemark aus der Schote kratzen und zur Eigelb-Honig-Masse hinzugeben, ebenso die geschlagene Sahne. Nach Geschmack gehackte Walnüsse, Zimt, Haselnüsse, Rosinen.…. beimischen.
Danach wird nur noch das Eiweiß untergehoben und das ganze kann eingefroren werden. Nach ein paar Stunden ist es fest und kann nach Herzenslust verzehrt werden, z.B. mit einer fruchtigen Soße. Wer das Eis weniger süß mag, nimmt einfach etwas weniger Honig. Beim Anrichten kann man auch etwas Honig darüber träufeln.
